Our Mission
ShowFocused was born out of a love for music and the performing arts at all levels. We want to ensure that creative visions are produced with care and attention to quality. We strive to provide a flexible, safe, and professional production services with care and attention to detail.
During the global pandemic, our co-founders identified a need for quality production in the face of a changing media landscape. As a result of that collaboration, and with familial support, both of them combined forces and skill sets to found ShowFocused LLC.
Voices sound better when they are singing together in harmony. That is why at ShowFocused, we aim to connect with our clients and harmonize with them. Using our expertise, we advise, support, and enable the art and work to accomplish the goal of production. We collaborate, and we are open. Paula Roper
Paula Roper is one of the founding members of ShowFocused, and has worked in several different fields over her career including IT (as a systems engineer, Systems Engineering Manager and Data Center Manager). She has also been involved in various business ventures from hand crafts to starting and running a performing arts center.
In her free time, she has sung with community choirs, and acted in local productions, as well as produced musicals. Although she enjoys performing, Paula is most comfortable behind the camera, photographing, filming, editing, and ensuring the final product reflects the performance. She believes that understanding all the moving parts of any performance enhances her ability to determine what to film and how to edit every performance. And working with her son has been a bonus!

Eric Roper
Eric Roper is one of the founding members of ShowFocused, and has been building musical skills since their early years. They graduated from Westminster Choir College of Rider University, and have put their skills to the test, combining their passion for music and their experience as a technical engineer.
While being adept at the technical arts, Eric also has a passion for the stage. They have participated in Numerous productions of stage including community productions, the Paper Mill playhouse, Chester Theater group, Summit Playhouse, and more. Eric is comfortable on and off the camera, and has a particular desire to deliver high quality audio production in any project. They are thrilled to work so closely with the team, and especially their business partner/mother.
